| The Feldenkrais Method® is a system which teaches, through movement, how to improve all aspects of everyday functioning. Feldenkrais lessons teach you how to move with less effort and with more effectiveness to make daily life easier. Restrictive or painful habituated patterns are replaced with efficient, comfortable ways of moving. Ordinarily, we learn just enough to function and do not develop our potential range of ease and skill.
